I am in favor of term limits.

One of the principle reasons that I am running for office is that there are too few Congressmen with experience in the private sector.  As a small business owner, I know what it's like to make ends meet.  I understand how Washington policy affects profitablity on Main Street.

It is essential that we elect more representatives who respect and will protect the free market.  It is equally essential that those we elect do not get too comfortable in their Washington offices and sensibilities.

There is no shortage of good men and women in Alabama.  No single representative is indispensable.  

I do not intend to be a career politician, and, when elected, I will do all I can to promote fellow small business owners to Congress.
